Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
